So my heart is always to educate the youth, particularly in the inner city, and teach them a classical foundation with jazz emphasis. On this Saturday, I'll be doing just that in a special workshop in the Bronx, sponsored by jazz educator Bevin Turnbull. In this master class situation, I'll address each player's individual needs, as well as show them how to expand beyond their normal boundaries with a blues intensive. If you are a string player or a lover of string instruments, it will be a great afternoon for you to enjoy.
